GENERAL FAQS /

Our team is based in Arizona (MST/PST). We work with clients nationwide, but knowing where everyone is based and their time zones is key to any working relationship!


We specialize in Instagram, TikTok, Email Marketing, and Pinterest!

Please note: TikTok requires lots of video content that you must be willing to provide (unless content creation is added to your service). Because of this, we require approval for TikTok services.

While we would LOVE to work with you forever (we love our clients!), our goal is to educate you through the entire process, so that one day, you will be able to do it on your own. We require an initial 3-month Agreement to start to give us time to see how we work together and to give your social media time to show results, as it typically takes 3-6 months (sometimes even longer) to see results. Most of our clients renew their agreements for an additional 6+ months!


While we understand that a 3-month agreement might sound scary at first, it is required and non-negotiable in order to work with us. We believe in long-term partnerships, as most of our clients end up renewing their Agreements for 6+ months! If you are not ready to make this commitment just yet, you can opt for a Social Media Strategy service or follow us on our socials in the meantime!



We provide content copy 2 weeks prior to posting. Once the copy is approved and finalized, we provide the designs the following week for approvals to be posted the week after.

After working with many businesses and how everyone operates, I have tested and found that it is in everyone’s best interest to not plan too far ahead, as changes frequently happen closer to the date of posting!
